2018 Deadlines for Exhibitors and Vendors:
January 1       Application is made available
March 1          Returning Vendor Confirmation Deadline
March 2          Super early bird pricing ends. Price increase for exhibits.
March 17        Last day to submit FOOD VENDOR applications*
April 28           Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still accepted) 
May 18            Certificate of Insurance for accepted EXHIBITORS due
                        Certificate of Insurance for accepted FOOD VENDORS due
May 25            Confirmation Packets sent out (via email) to all participants
June 7             Load-In Begins for EXHIBITORS and FOOD VENDORS
June 8            12:00pm-2:00pm -- Sneak Peak for FOOD VENDORS
                        6:00pm -- GATES OPEN
June 10           7:00pm -- GATES CLOSE 
                        7:30pm -- Load-out Begins

*or until all spaces are filled.
